Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy

1. Enrolment continues automatically
Once enrolled, a family's place continues automatically from term to term. There is no need to re-enrol each term — your spot is held, and fees are payable each term unless you have given notice to withdraw as set out below.
2. Giving notice to withdraw
If a family wishes to withdraw a child (or the whole family) from the program, please give written notice by email to info@logosclassicalacademies.com. How much notice you give determines what, if anything, is owed for the following term:

3. Families paying per half term
Choosing to pay per half term is a payment plan, not a shorter enrolment period. Once a term has begun, your family is committed to that full term, regardless of when during it you decide to withdraw or how much notice you give:
- The second half-term instalment is always payable once a term has started — withdrawing or giving notice in week 1 doesn't reduce or remove it. This is separate from, and unaffected by, the notice tiers in section 2, which only ever determine what (if anything) is owed for terms after the one you're currently in.
- If a family withdraws before the second half-term instalment's normal due date, that instalment is still payable, at its usual due date.
- If you stop attending partway through a term, the remaining half-term instalment for that term is still payable, the same as a full-term-paying family remains liable for a term they've committed to (see also section 5).
4. Fees already paid
All fees paid for a current term — including deposits — are non-refundable* if a family withdraws. This applies regardless of the reason for withdrawal, including mid-term withdrawal.
*If Logos Classical Academies is unable to commence the program for any reason, all deposits will be fully refunded. Logos Classical Academies may, at its sole discretion, consider a partial or full refund in exceptional individual circumstances.
5. Withdrawing mid-term
A family may stop attending partway through a term at any time, but this does not entitle them to a refund for that term, and does not by itself count as notice for the following term (see section 2 — notice must still be given in writing).
6. Discretion for genuine hardship
We understand that circumstances change. Where a family faces genuine hardship (illness, relocation, unexpected financial difficulty, etc.), we're happy to discuss flexible arrangements on a case-by-case basis — including waiving the notice requirement or adjusting fees owed. This is offered at our discretion and doesn't change the standard terms above for other families.
7. Founding Family offer
Paying the Founding deposit locks in the discounted Founding rate for every term your family attends, however many terms that ends up being.
Founding Families follow the same notice tiers as every family (section 2), applied to their locked-in Founding rate rather than the standard rate:

As with any family, the deposit itself is forfeited on withdrawal (section 4) — there's no further penalty or recalculation beyond that and the notice-tier fee above.
Given the size of the Founding deposit, Logos Classical Academies may, at its sole discretion, consider a partial refund or an alternative arrangement (such as applying the deposit toward a future year, or converting to standard-track enrolment) in genuinely exceptional circumstances, assessed case-by-case.
8. Changing days or subjects (not withdrawing)
A family wishing to reduce their commitment (e.g. from two days to one day, or from a day program to individual subjects) rather than withdraw entirely should give notice before the end of the current term, so the change can take effect from the following term at the appropriate rate. The same notice tiers as section 2 apply, but only to the difference between the old and new rate for the following term — not the full fee:

9. How to give notice
All notice must be given in writing (email is sufficient) to info@logosclassicalacademies.com, including the child's/children's name(s) and the intended last day of attendance.
